The Principle of the FLEXX Handlebar System
Flexx is a patented system of handlebar springing that reduces vibrations and shocks that are transferred to your hands, arms, elbows and shoulders. It was originally designed as the last resort in the cases of catastrophic impacts on the handlebars, but it also reduces strain when riding normally throughout all types of terrain. The system offers a controlled, consistent stiffness and level of handlebar springing. This is possible due to replaceable elastomer silentblocks of different stiffness that come with the handlebars. The handlebars articulate only in the same plane as the suspension, by which they, unlike conventional handlebars, prevent disruptive bending in the other planes. The height of the handlebar is adjustable thanks to the supplied pads under the elastomer inserts.

Dramatic vibration reduction due to the interaction of the handlebar and the flexible elastomer. The shock absorption reduced the transfer of impacts to the rider, depleting arm pump and fatigue. By articulating only in the same plane as the suspension, the Flexx Handlebar eliminates bumps, holes and hard landings without sacrificing the exact control of the engine.
Flexx Handlebar System was developed after many hours of testing. The handlebar is made of aeronautical-quality Duralumin (7000 series aluminium) on the latest CNC machines. The minimum tolerances ensure that every component of the handlebar reaches the utmost precision.
